    Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and supports the body’s natural ability to heal. Vibroacoustic Therapy uses harmonic sound waves to provide a soothing inner body massage, easing stress, anxiety, and pain.

    During your session, you’ll rest fully clothed on the VAT mat while Samantha applies gentle touch or hovers her hands above the body, balancing energy flow and clearing blockages.
